Debbie has more than 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry, having begun her career right out of college in Corporate Fitness & Wellness. Arriving at the Mission Training Center in March 2018 from the Saugatuck Rowing Club (SRC), she brings an extensive background in training from her work with hundreds of clients across all ages and fitness levels. She believes anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition or limitations. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and has specialty certifications in Brains and Balance Over 60, Corrective Exercises and Physical Therapy Aide. Additionally, she is American Red Cross CPR & AED Certified. She covers all aspects of fitness, including strength & training and corrective exercises. While at the SRC, she helped launch the autistic and adaptive rowing program.
