Foundation Training

Foundation Training is a movement practice designed to restore the body’s natural order, It teaches your body how to properly support itself and move as nature intended.  Using a combination of powerful movements, intentional poses, and conscious breathing work to activate the muscles to your posterior chain.  When practiced regularly, your resistance to injury increases, pain diminishes and your body comes to life.  Effective. Simple. Universal.


Spin Start your day with this high energy, endurance focused class! This low impact workout is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, with focus on heart rates, watts and cadence. This class is a sure bet for strengthening your legs and heart while having fun and burning calories.

Mat Pilates

The Mat Pilates class brings new concepts and alignment techniques while adding functional strength and flexibility through a blend of exercises designed to add power and stamina.  You will leave this class with a new focus on your Pilates practice.  All levels welcome.


TRX: Utilizing your center of gravity and movement to produce a neuromuscular response, Suspension training exercise builds true functional strength, improves flexibility, balance and core stability all of which are required in sports and life. Restorative Flow

Restorative Flow With a series of easy, supported poses this class is designed for those that are looking for a gentle class to improve balance, circulation and flexibility. While holding these poses you will be simultaneously relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system by connecting the spirit, breath and body. Props will be used where necessary.

Roll With It

With varied techniques the class will focus on the neural and fascial systems of the body that have been impacted by poor posture, repetitive motions and or injury. With consistent practice your body will see correction of muscle imbalances, improved range of motion as well as reduced soreness and quicker recovery.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things.  We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave.   Stringing together postures so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breathe. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. 


Tabata This is an endurance based muscle building class, consisting of 8 rounds of exercises working all major muscle groups targeting both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Circuits can be modified on 3 levels of low, moderate and high to ensure individual fitness and weight loss benefits.

Total Body Circuit

High-intensity interval training workout. Hiit group training

Yin Restorative

Yin Restorative will slow you down while holding poses for 2-4 minutes. The stillness of Yin allows for nourishing joints, ligaments tendons and fascia. The class is spent mostly on the floor using props to assist in holding poses without effort. If your joints and muscles are inneed of opening and stretching, this class is for you.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga brings the element of time into the practice. It allows the beginner to create their own practice while learning poses, how to breathe, move and stretch between poses. The practitioner has time to evaluate how and when a pose should to be modified, due to physical limitations or limitations in experience. The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga

Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation A 60 min class that will empower you with skills to calm both mind and body and combat the harmful effects of stress. Explore mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, and stress reduction practices that can help you break the cycle of stress and find a sense of inner stillness. This relaxing, restorative class is perfect for anyone recovering from surgery or treatment or anyone seeking stress reduction & a little R & R!


P90x: A class that is guaranteed to give your muscles, confusion!  Combining a variety of exercise techniques, including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.  Varying levels of high and low impact will sure get your heart rate up and your muscles shaking.
