Yoga has great healing properties for cancer survivors and is emerging as one of the more successful methods for combatting the effects of cancer treatment.
It has been shown to boost cancer survivors’ well-being while stimulating the muscles, increasing the blood flow and more to rid the body of toxins amassed during treatment.
Additionally, yoga is an accessible way for survivors to get the regular, balanced whole-body exercise needed to stimulate the body’s natural anti-cancer defenses.
