Equipping Young Survivors to Reach Their Goals

The Adventure Project exists to give survivors ages 12 to 39 across the U.S. fully paid access to the fitness and wellness resources they need to get to the other side of cancer and stay there. Each survivor is on a journey — one that demands ongoing attention to training ability, overall health, injury prevention and motivation. Expensive equipment, memberships, coaching or training shouldn’t be the biggest hurdle young survivors face in their endeavors. Through Adventure Project grants, Mission is committed to providing grants for young cancer survivors and helping them overcome financial impediments to living long and well after cancer. If you are planning on training, pursuing a sport, or looking to seek nutrition advice, our cancer wellness program is here to support you and your journey. We welcome you to submit a grant application online or contact us for more information about our young survivor programs.

The Adventure Project is open to survivors ages 12 to 39. Limited spots are available. You must apply to participate.

It is the goal of Mission to provide you with opportunities and support to help you reach your aspirations, large or small. It is our goal to distribute meaningful grants that will make a difference in your pursuit of physical fitness and sport.

Mission offers different grant categories for which you can apply. Each person may submit a request in only one category below:

  • Coaching & Training Expenses
  • Personal Training & Fitness Membership Expenses
  • Nutrition Expenses (must work with a licensed nutritionist)

Mission only offers grants to INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS WITH A CANCER DIAGNOSIS.
