I have been lucky enough to be apart of one of the best communities to rally for anyone in need. I cheered for 12 years and I have coached junior teams, I hope to one day be a varsity head coach.

What are your health and wellness goals? *
My weight has always been my main concern, but I have been working hard to maintain and lose which has always been a challenge. I have been using a cardio and lifting split.
How will this grant help you reach your goals?*
This grant will help me to stay on target with my goals so I can stay motivated to keep my schedule of working out to hold myself accountable.
