Walking to Run (Again)
His story: Josh is a junior in high school. He was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on July 7, 2017. He received several rounds of chemo and a bone marrow transplant. He was released from the hospital “for good” in March 2018. Lacrosse is his sport and he is hoping to play in college. He is using his Adventure Project grant for personal training.
His short-term health & wellness goal: “To be able to plant my feet and be able to put increased pressure on my knees”
His long-term health & wellness goal: “To be able to live without pain.”
